Verteq Moving: Verteq Inc., an Anaheim manufacturer of chip processing equipment, said it will move to a larger headquarters in Santa Ana’s Orange County Business Center.
Verteq will increase its headquarters space by 50% to 51,000 square feet in order to make more room for its expansion. The company will use the space for research and development, manufacturing and offices.
The company reported sales of $20 million last year. The company was founded in 1985 when two divisions of Fluorocarbon were purchased by an investor group led by employees.
The 10-year lease is estimated at $5.6 million. The company, which employs 135 people, said it will move in December.
