MRS. ED: If you were a fan of the 1960s TV show “Mr. Ed,” you might have wondered whatever ever happened to Ed the talking horse, or to Wi-i-i-i-lbur . But did you ever wonder what happened to Wilbur’s wife? Mary Hart, co-host of Entertainment Tonight, wondered enough to feature her on tonight’s show (Channel 4, at 7). . . . She’s Connie Hines of Dana Point, who hosts a cable-TV show for the Animal Rescue Foundation. “I went from the horse to the dog, so to speak,” quips Hines, now 62. Hines says of “Mr. Ed,” which still shows in re-runs: “It’s like a new generation is finding it.”
