Offer Made for Nostalgia Network: International Family Entertainment, controlled by Christian broadcaster Pat Robertson and his family, offered $40 million for the Los Angeles-based cable channel. The offer provides $1.50 in cash and 50 cents in International Family Entertainment stock for each Nostalgia share. IFE also offered $150 in cash and $50 in stock for each Nostalgia preferred share.
