Suspect in Photographing of Child Sexual Abuse Faces 6 More Charges

SAN BERNARDINO — A man accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl while being photographed has been charged with six more child molestation counts.
Ron Ruskjer 44, has now been charged with eight felony counts. Among the additional allegations filed Tuesday is a rape charge.
Arraignment was postponed until today to give Ruskjer’s attorney time to return from Washington, D.C. Ruskjer is being held on $2-million bail.
Ruskjer was arrested in Detroit on Friday after exiting an airplane that had just arrived from Tokyo.
Authorities said the former college instructor and his girlfriend, Evelyn (Evie) Bacilio, 33, molested the girl while the woman was baby-sitting the child in early January.
Bacilio is also expected to face up to eight felony charges. She was being held in Las Vegas where she signed papers Monday agreeing to return to California voluntarily, authorities said.
