The Angeles Mesa branch of the Los Angeles Public Library has temporarily relocated to 2400 W. 54th St.
The branch’s historic building at 2700 W. 52nd St. will undergo renovation and seismic reinforcement beginning in January, said library spokeswoman Barbara Clark. The branch operated out of Angeles Mesa Elementary School from February, 1992, until July. It will remain at its new quarters for at least three years, or until renovations are complete.
The branch offers full services and various after-school programs at the temporary facility. Hours are Monday and Wednesday, 12:30 to 8 p.m.; Tuesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Thursday and Friday, 12:30 to 5:30 p.m.
