LOS ANGELES : Metrolink Adds 13 Trains, Including Evening Runs

Metrolink on Monday added 13 trains, including some that run in the evening.
Officials said the new late-evening trains leave Union Station after 8:30 p.m. and run to Santa Clarita and Rialto. Tickets on those trains will be discounted 25% off regular fares for adults and 50% off for passengers 18 years and younger.
Seven new trains are on the San Bernardino line, including two late evening trains that run from Los Angeles to Rialto after 7 p.m.
Four trains have been added to the Santa Clarita line, with one one train from Los Angeles to Santa Clarita after 8:30 p.m. An added early morning train leaves Los Angeles at 6:26 a.m. and arrives at Santa Clarita at 7:26 a.m.
Two new trains have been allocated to the Ventura County line, both operating at midday. One departs Los Angeles at 10:20 a.m. and arrives at Chatsworth at 11:04 a.m. The other leaves Chatsworth at 11:20 a.m., arriving at Union Station at 12:04 p.m.
