Freedom Realty Joins Century 21: A South Orange County real estate brokerage with 75 agents has ended nearly 20 years of independence by signing on as an affiliate of the Century 21 chain. Freedom Realty, with offices in Mission Viejo and San Clemente, was started in the mid-1970s by Stephen O’Hara. The company will now operate as Century 21 Freedom Realty and will be one of the largest members of La Palma-based Century 21 of the Pacific Inc.’s network of 45 independently owned Orange County affiliates. Century 21 of the Pacific is a unit of Irvine-based Century 21 Real Estate Corp., one of the largest real estate franchise operators in the nation.
