Vision Awards Affair to Benefit Youth Center

Radio personality Mother Love and actor Ron Glass (“Barney Miller”) headline the Vision Awards Breakfast--a Nov. 20 benefit for the Al Wooten Jr. Heritage Center.
The center, at 9115 S. Western Ave., in an area hit hard by the 1992 Los Angeles riots, provides arts and educational programs for young children. The 9:30 a.m. breakfast, at the Proud Bird Restaurant at 11022 Aviation Blvd., honors the center’s volunteers.
