Jerry Jiminez scored twice to help Edison defeat Ocean View, 4-0, in a Sunset League boys’ soccer game Friday at Edison.
The Chargers (5-0, 2-0 in league) have not given up a goal this season.
In another Sunset League game:
Marina 4, Westminster 1--Jose Monroy scored three goals for Marina (4-1).
Servite 3, Fountain Valley 1--Greg Hernandez, Fergus McCreary and John Flanagan scored for host Servite (4-2, 2-0).
In the Garden Grove League:
Santiago 5, Los Amigos 0--Albert Mendez scored two goals for host Santiago (4-3-1, 2-0).
Kennedy 4, Pacifica 1--Mike Clark scored two goals for Kennedy.
In nonleague:
Sonora 2, Villa Park 2--Chris Miller and Drew Wetler scored for host Villa Park (2-2-2). Todd Barnett and Chris Fernandez scored for Sonora (5-0-2).
El Toro 4, Trabuco Hills 1--Andy Valderama, Joe Carlan, Ricky Le and Mark Jangi each scored for El Toro (3-1-2). Trabuco Hills is 2-4-2.
Laguna Hills 2, San Clemente 1--Nick Sanai’s goal off a corner kick with 15 seconds left in the game won it for Laguna Hills (2-4-1).
In nonleague girls’ soccer:
Santa Margarita 3, El Toro 1--Erica DeVitis scored two goals for Santa Margarita (2-2-1).
In nonleague wrestling:
Laguna Hills 40, Woodbridge 27--The Greco twins, Jeff and Mike, won at 135 and 140 pounds for host Laguna Hills (10-0), ranked No. 3 in Orange County. Jeff Greco pinned Neal MacLyment in five minutes 28 seconds, and Mike Greco defeated Brian Stevens by technical fall, 24-8.
Tom Lee pinned Steve Pornbida at 125 pounds to improve to 10-0 for Woodbridge (5-2).
