ADOPTION, RUSSIA-STYLE: Burbank City Councilman Dave Golonski traveled recently to Russia to adopt an infant. But he came back with a 3-year-old orphan boy who orders the family dogs around in Russian and hides food all over the house, apparently because he still doesn’t believe he can eat as much as he wants (B5). . . . John Vasily Golonski has to take parasite medicine and has nightmares. But he’s also getting his first exposure to TV and Christmas toys.
