CoCensys Inc.: The Irvine drug development company reported a loss of $10.3 million, or $1.16 a share, for 1993. That compared to a loss of $6.3 million, or 88 cents a share, for the previous 12 months. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $2.9 million, or 32 cents a share, compared to a loss of $2.1 million, or 29 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. No revenue was reported for the start-up company.
