Why is Cheryl Miller taking heat over a stupid mistake made by Debbie Ayres? If Ayres was dumb enough not to verify what hotel Pat Summit was staying at and to leave an envelope of valuable information unsealed, why should Miller be blamed for reading it? Who wouldn’t do the same?
Cheryl Miller should be getting accolades, not the snide remarks made by some of her fellow coaches and the media. Miller is obviously a winner at whatever she does and there are a lot of petty people out there who are consumed by jealousy over this fact.
