Sunny Hills’ Kim Advances in Miami

Kevin Kim, a sophomore from Sunny Hills, advanced to the finals of the Easter Bowl Junior Tennis Championships in Miami on Friday with a 6-4, 7-6 (7-3) victory over Mike Bryan of Camarillo.
Kim, top-seeded in the boys’ 16 division, will play sixth-seeded Michael Russell of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., in today’s finals. Russell defeated Bob Bryan of Camarillo, 6-0, 6-2 in the other semifinal.
