“Suddenly” (1954), directed by Lewis Allen. 77 minutes. Not rated. Frank Sinatra is a bloodthirsty gun for hire in this simmering thriller about an assassination plot against the President. Sterling Hayden as the stiff, square-jawed lawman and James Gleason as a captive, are enjoyable to watch, but the movie clearly belongs to Sinatra.
