Rancho Santiago 13, Los Angeles Mission 10--Jamie Estrada hit three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth for Rancho Santiago (35-11), the designated home team. Los Angeles Mission (26-17) scored five runs in the top of ninth to tie it, 10-10.
The Dons advances to the second round and meet host Los Angeles Harbor Friday. Riverside plays Citrus also Friday at LA Harbor.
Cuesta 3-7, Saddleback 2-28--Bobby Brown broke a 2-2 tie in the second game with a sixth-inning homer for host Cuesta (34-12). Saddleback tied the score, 2-2, on an RBI single by Wade Jackson.
Jackson drove in five runs, Ted Wilkes four and Mark Huffman, Sam Voita and Wes Brasher three each in the first game for Saddleback (24-16).
