Carl Milletaire, 69, character actor for four decades usually cast as a heavy. Often playing a Mafioso or thug, Milletaire was best remembered as Frank Nitti’s right-hand man in the 1960s television series “The Untouchables.” He began his film career in 1950 and appeared in “Black Hand,” “The Great Caruso,” “Young Man With Ideas, “The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima” and “Inside the Mafia” among others. On May 4 in New York of Parkinson’s disease.
