Tanker Runs Aground

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — A Liberian tanker carrying 13 million gallons of fuel oil ran aground off southern Puerto Rico. No oil has spilled from the vessel, which was grounded Wednesday about a quarter-mile off Guayanilla, a U.S. Coast Guard spokesman said.
