American Telephone & Data Inc.: The Newport Beach telecommunications services provider said it has obtained a loan from investors to complete the acquisition of SelecTel Corp., a privately held telephone services provider in Costa Mesa.
In a partnership with privately held Newco, an investment company in Portland, Ore., American is buying SelecTel for an undisclosed amount.
