* Before returning an opened ice cream carton to freezer, cover ice cream surface with a sheet of foil or plastic wrap. This will prevent ice crystals from forming.
* Scour tree sap from windows with a damp paper towel that has been dipped in baking soda. It is less abrasive than scouring powder. Windows will sparkle when wiped dry with soft cloth.
* If you’re having a party and are short of serving trays, try using baskets. An assortment of sizes can hold everything from hamburger rolls to fried chicken.
* If your shower or tub is cluttered with soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles, store in a plastic hanging flower pot hooked over shower-head or curtain rod. Water will drain from holes in bottom of pot.
