Chaperons Needed for Youth Dance

Volunteers are needed to chaperon the first teen-agers’ dance at the Santa Susana Community Center on Friday.
The Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District is seeking adult volunteers to sell tickets and serve refreshments at the dance, which is scheduled to run from 7 to 10 p.m. and is open to youths ages 12 to 16.
“Volunteers should like disco and bring their dancing shoes,” said Sharon Hamilton, volunteer coordinator for the district.
