Bob Manley has resigned as wrestling coach at Dana Hills, Athletic Director Rich Skelton said. Manley accepted an administrative job at Horizon High School. He will remain at Dana Hills as an assistant girls’ cross-country coach.

Ronnie Johnson, who played for basketball for Los Alamitos last season, has transferred to La Quinta, Athletic Director and basketball Coach Jim Perry said. Johnson was a backup to All-Empire League point guard Ali Ton last season. . . . Mark Ukleja, a senior catcher for Los Alamitos last season, has transferred to La Quinta. Ukleja was a second-team All-Empire League selection last year.

Chad Barker, a former Century League most valuable player for Villa Park in water polo, has returned to the league to coach at El Modena, Athletic Director Don Mott said. Barker helped Villa Park to the league title in 1988.
