Crenshaw 56, Canoga Park 21--The Cougars (2-0) scored on four runs, two interception returns, a pass, a kickoff return and a safety en route to a blowout at Canoga Park.
Canoga Park’s Jose Barahona caught a nine-yard touchdown pass from Chris Monzon to close to within, 36-21, early in the fourth quarter, but Crenshaw answered with 20 consecutive points.
Roger Sanchez scored two touchdowns on a 43-yard interception return and a one-yard run for the Hunters (0-2).
Brandon Seals rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns in 12 carries to lead the Cougars.
