* I want to know when the increases in everything is going to quit. The Santa Margarita Water District just raised our water rates, and I understand now that they have raised our taxes for more bonds for the water district. The total increase will double what I pay now for water.
It may be a new board and a new general manager, but the tune is the same--shifting the costs to the homeowner.
