Brian Collins, Texas Christian’s all-conference tight end, has a bad ankle and is listed as questionable for tonight’s game against heavily favored Virginia at Shreveport, La.
For the No. 18-ranked Cavaliers (8-3), two key members of their powerful defense, cornerback Ronde Barber and linebacker James Farrior, have ankle and knee injuries, respectively, but are expected to play.
TCU (7-4) is coming off a 24-17 victory over Cotton Bowl-bound Texas Tech that caused a five-way tie for the Southwest Conference title.
