Ex-Northrop Grumman Workers Settle Fraud Case: The four plaintiffs were among five ex-employees who filed a whistle-blower suit in 1988 against the Los Angeles-based aerospace concern, alleging that Northrop Grumman had defrauded the Air Force on the B-2 Stealth bomber program as well as wrongful termination. Terms of the settlement--which was reached in June but not approved by U.S. District Judge Mariana Pfaelzer until this week--were not disclosed. The worker who did not settle, Richard Croswell, plans to go to trial, said his lawyer, Phillip E. Benson.
