Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries Monday when an Orange County Transportation Agency Dial-A-Ride bus collided with a car on the northbound San Diego Freeway in Costa Mesa.
Kathleen S. Munir, 43, of Apple Valley, the driver of the bus, and Vernon Gipson, 44, of Carson, the driver of the car, were hospitalized with minor injuries at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
The California Highway Patrol said the bus collided with the car when changing lanes and both vehicles hit the center divider.
