HOLLYWOOD : Baby Found With Dead Mom and Woman

An 11-month-old girl was reported in good condition Thursday, a day after she was found in an apartment with the bodies of her mother and another woman--the victims of an apparent murder-suicide.
Officers called to the apartment on Curson Avenue on Wednesday night found the corpses of fashion photographer Nikki Vai, 28, and Sharon Berrington, 29. Berrington’s infant daughter--dehydrated, covered with a rash but in otherwise good condition--was taken to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
Officials believe that the baby had been left unattended for at least 48 hours after the deaths.
Los Angeles police said the women, friends since high school, had a tumultuous off-and-on relationship that culminated with an argument at the apartment Monday night. Detectives said Vai apparently shot Berrington with a .357-magnum revolver, then turned the gun on herself.
