WESTMINSTER — Police on Monday were seeking a driver who they said deliberately ran down and killed a bicyclist after a dispute Sunday.
The suspect was identified as Michael David Miller, 28, whose last known address was on Homer Street in Westminster, Police Lt. Richard Main said.
Miller allegedly got into his car after the dispute in the 7200 block of Wyoming Street and then chased down and struck one of the people he had argued with. The victim, who was struck while leaving on his bicycle, died at UCI Medical Center, Main said.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was not named by police pending notification of family.
Main said Miller’s car, a Dodge Daytona, was found on Tahoe Street, about a mile from the site of the incident.
