America West Airlines Taps El Segundo Agency: The Phoenix-based carrier, the nation’s ninth-largest, said it selected Team One, a unit of Saatchi & Saatchi, to handle its $18-million advertising account. Rosenfeld, Sirowitz, Humphrey & Strauss of New York previously had the business. Separately, Wolfgang Puck’s retail food business assigned its $3-million advertising account to Santa Monica-based Kresser Stein Robaire.
