Koll to Manage Mexico Brokerage: Irvine’s Koll Co. and subsidiary Koll International Commercial have agreed to assume management responsibility for Koll-Cushman Realty Mexico.
The company, a joint venture between Koll and Cushman Realty Corp., was formed in 1993 to provide real estate brokerage and consulting services in Mexico.
James C. Watson, president of Koll International Commercial in Mexico City, said Cushman wants to take a less active role in the venture, leaving its management to Koll International.
“Our partnership with the Cushman organization in Mexico helped us create a solid client base and establish a healthy support system in Mexico for U.S., European and Asian companies pursuing Latin American business interests,” Watson said.
