Senior Peter Kodacy, a 6-foot-6 transfer student from Hungary who Laguna Beach boys’ volleyball Coach Michael Soylular said is as good as anyone in Orange County, won’t be playing for the Artists (No. 6 in Southern Section Division I) this season. He was declared ineligible on Monday because of technicalities involving his transfer.
