Outlook: The Chargers could welcome themselves to the Sea View this spring by winning a league championship. Bartlett is one of the county’s leading high jumpers, clearing 6 feet 6 in his junior year. Pennell will lead the distance runners, with McAdam and Iverson forming one of the area’s top pole vault duos. Nitta says his 1,600 relay squad could be one to be reckoned with, and Sango and Parks are multitalented jumpers.
