Beckman Instruments Inc.: The Fullerton company said Tuesday that it has formed a marketing and service alliance with BioSepra Inc. of Marlborough, Mass., for protein purification products. Under the agreement, Beckman obtains exclusive rights to market and sell BioSepra’s patented HyperDiffusion Chromatography media in prepackaged columns for bio-research. The deal also includes a provision for Beckman to distribute and service BioSepra’s new process development workstation, ProSys, and other systems under development for research.
