BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — A woman who told bank tellers she was holding a device that controlled a bomb in her car actually was carrying a garage-door opener, police said.
Jacqueline Paluszak allegedly demanded money from three tellers at a Mid Am Bank branch just before closing time Wednesday. After the tellers realized what her “weapon” was, they forced her to the floor.
Paluszak, 47, was charged with unarmed bank robbery.
