Westlake Sporthouse Now in Ventura County

Westlake Sporthouse, a fitness center that for more than a decade was located in the Los Angeles County portion of Westlake Village, has moved across the county line. It’s still in Westlake, but now it’s in Ventura County.
In relocating to a building in an industrial complex on Triunfo Canyon Road, the center nearly quadrupled its space. Its new home has 19,000 square feet while its former headquarters on Sterling Center Drive was only 5,000 square feet in size.
Westlake’s owners signed a 10-year lease that will cost $1.6 million, according to Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Camarillo, which represented the building’s owner in the transaction.
