Santa Paula Apartments Are Sold for $400,000

A six-unit apartment building in Santa Paula has been sold for $400,000. The buyer was J.M. Sharp Co., an investment firm based in that city.
The seller of the property on East Pleasant Street was a limited partnership, according to the broker who handled the deal, Scott Rushing of Century 21 Buena Vista in Santa Paula.
He said the structure has one three-bedroom unit, four two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit.
