Wayne Douglas Reinhardt; Retired Engineer

Wayne Douglas Reinhardt, a longtime Camarillo resident and retired 3M Company engineer, has died following a lengthy illness. He was 67.
Reinhardt, who died Friday at St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital, worked for the corporation for 25 years before retiring in 1991, according to his daughter, Lonnie Bradrick.
“He was very much a family man and enjoyed spending as much time at home as he could,” Bradrick said. “He was a good dad and we will miss him a lot.”
Reinhardt, who was born in Jamestown, N.D., is survived by his wife, Sandy, and their children: Lonnie of Bullhead City, Ariz., Linda Fleming and Lee Wayne Reinhardt, both of Vancouver, Wash., and Wayne Douglas Reinhardt Jr. of Camarillo.
Additional survivors include a brother, Duane Reinhardt, of Cottonwood, Calif. Pierce Brothers Griffin Mortuary of Camarillo is handling the arrangements. At Reinhardt’s request, no services have been scheduled.
