Los Angeles County : Some Business Basics

Workshops on getting started in business and establishing a foothold in international trade get under way Tuesday and continue through June at the Small Business Development Center in Pasadena. The two-hour sessions, which are free, will provide an awareness of the life and work styles involved in owning a business, skills needed and how to get started. After completion, entrepreneurs can make appointments for one-on-one sessions with a professional business consultant. The sessions on international trade run three hours and cost $10.
