SAN CLEMENTE — ICU Medical Inc., a maker of intravenous tube connectors, said Monday that it has filed a complaint alleging patent infringement against a Howell, Mich., company that makes medical devices.
The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, alleges that Tri-State Hospital Supply Corp. infringed on ICU’s patent in making its intravenous tubing connectors.
ICU seeks unspecified damages and an injunction halting Tri-State from copying ICU’s patented process.
