Tri-Lite Inc.: The Irvine lighting equipment manufacturer reported a net loss of $4.1 million, or $1.06 a share, for last year, contrasted with profit of $258,000, or 12 cents a share, for the prior year. Annual revenue rose to $28.1 million last year from $12.5 million. The company said the revenue gain resulted from two acquisitions and growth in the company’s lighting fixtures subsidiary.
