Speakers from Temple Beth Tikvah in Fullerton will take part in the ceremony, along with Irvine Valley College Holocaust scholar Richard Prystowsky, founder of a Holocaust studies group on campus.
The event is scheduled for noon to 3 p.m. in the Student Services building on campus. For more information, call (714) 559-3206.
