A key Capizzi aide with experience in consumer and environmental protection cases. Helped fashion plea agreement with Citron and signed the complaint against him. Has served in the district attorney’s office since 1974.

Declined to comment on Citron’s allegations that Raabe assisted in the commission of felony violations of state securities laws.
