Former Circus Circus Chairman Sells 7.5% Stake: Bill Bennett sold 6 million shares in the gaming company he co-founded for an estimated $190 million. Bennett, who would not identify the buyer of his shares, plans to invest in another casino. Meanwhile, Circus Circus announced plans to add 2,000 rooms at its Luxor casino hotel in Las Vegas and to develop a shopping complex nearby.
