MONTEREY PARK : Cinco de Mayo Fete Scheduled for Weekend

The city’s 13th annual Cinco de Mayo celebration will be held Saturday and Sunday.
From 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, folklorico dancers will entertain in the Monterey Park Council Chambers in City Hall at 320 W. Newmark Ave. Cultural artifacts also will be displayed.
On Sunday, a park fiesta featuring mariachi musicians and folklorico and Aztec dancers will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Barnes Park Amphitheater, 350 S. McPherrin Ave. Mexican food will be sold.
