Robert C. Brown; Owner of Oxnard Ambulance

A resident of Oxnard for 40 years, Robert Clayton (Bob) Brown died at his home Thursday evening surrounded by his friends and family.
Born in Somerset, Mass., Clayton was a resident of Massachusetts prior to moving to Ventura County, where he owned and operated Oxnard Ambulance for more than 30 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Cari Brown of Ventura; son and daughter-in-law Marc and Michelle Brown of Aliso Viejo; his former wife, Nedra Brown of Oxnard, and a grandson.
Arrangements are under the direction of Guardian Memorial Funeral Directors of Ventura County.
