A Tale of 2 Schools: Does LAUSD Care?

* Hello, does anybody care?
Two Los Angeles Unified School District schools, 1.5 miles apart, and both south of the boulevard:
Woodland Hills Elementary is a success story, Serrania Elementary is not. Why is this so? Any comments from the school district headquarters?
