Intercor: The Costa Mesa publisher of Interactive Television Report and related research reports has been acquired by SIMBA Information Inc., a Connecticut-based unit of Cowles Business Media. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SIMBA officials said that Interactive Television Report, a biweekly newsletter that debuted in 1992, is in the forefront of covering cutting-edge technology. SIMBA officials said the newsletter’s editorial leadership will remain intact. SIMBA publications, which serve more than 10,000 customers worldwide, include 13 newsletters, major research studies and directories.
