The North scored seven runs in two innings to defeat the South, 10-5, in a California high school all-star baseball game Saturday at Fresno Clovis West High School.
The South took a 3-0 lead after two innings, but the North answered with three runs in the third and four in the fourth to put the game out of reach.

Kuzmic had two home runs, a double and four runs batted in; Day doubled and stole a base.
The two teams will play the final game of the three-game series at 11 a.m. today at Clovis West High.
