HMO Leases Temporary Office Site in Ventura

Foundation Health Medical Group, a health maintenance organization that has been expanding in Ventura County, has leased a temporary site in Ventura to use while its permanent structure in that city is being built.
The temporary offices will be in a 2,800-square-foot building on Doris Avenue. The site formerly was a private medical office, according to the Oxnard office of Grubb & Ellis Co., which arranged the one-year lease.
Foundation Health plans to build a 45,000-square-foot building on a 5.2-acre parcel it has purchased on Hill Road, near the County Government Center.
