Local United Way to Name New Officers

The United Way of Ventura County will announce its new officers at its 50th annual meeting in Camarillo on Thursday morning.
The keynote speaker will be Superior Court Judge Steve Perren.
The Juvenile Court judge will discuss youth issues.
United Way also has plans to thank Blue Cross of California for the company’s matching grant, which helped the organization surpass its fund-raising goal for 1994-95.
The meeting will be held at 8:15 a.m. in the United Way office, 1339 Del Norte Road.
